We are a group who meet weekly in Ranelagh, Dublin, to practice simple sitting meditation. We also make space for discussion of any questions and insights that arise during practice.
Full instruction is offered: newcomers and beginners are always welcome.
As well as weekly group meditations, we organise longer workshops and residential retreats a few times a year.
Quiet meditation is practiced by people of many philosophies and cultures. No particular beliefs are required, only the willingness to experiment with open curiosity. Our group has no religious affiliation and is open to all.
